Circus Arts Fitness® for Adults

Circus Arts Fitness is the most enjoyable and exciting way to get in shape and keep in shape. The Circus Arts Institute is proud to be offering the one of a kind Circus Arts Fitness Program for adults – developed and stylized by Carrie Heller. Classes start with a group warm up/stretch followed by a series of activities including, but not limited to: Trapeze, Spanish Web (soft climbing rope with tricks), Tightwire, Balance Boards, and Juggling, then finally we end with a group cool down/stretch. We try to give everyone an opportunity to try both ground and aerial circus equipment. The classes are a learn-at-your-own-pace structure, so you work on whatever trick you're working on until you master it and move on to the next one. Anytime you come, you pick up where you left off, so missing a class doesn't hurt your progress. In addition to physically increasing your strength, flexibility and balance, you will also have the opportunity to learn a variety of Brain Balancing activities such as Juggling. Circus Arts Fitness is focused to meld the best combination of a healthy body and an agile mind for your personal best level of fitness.
